One Layer Christmas Card #7

It's the One Layer Christmas Card Challenge #7 for the next couple of weeks.  It's all about blue.

I also entered this into the One-Layer Simplicity April Challenge; wind.  This worked perfect!
I used some Ranger Alcohol ink and glossy paper. I dotted it on to the paper and blew it with a straw.  Added my sentiment using Archival ink [works with the alcohol ink] and STAMPlorations Vignette; Christmas Block.  I stained the ribbon with Ranger stain, colored my charm with the alcohol ink [very cool] and tied it on to my card.  As easy as this was, it took me 3 attempts [trashing the 1st 2].  Good grief.

Your turn!  Make that one layer Christmas card and get it entered over at the STAMPlorations Blog -- remember, Shery is so awesome to offer a prize!

Thanks for stopping by~

Fabulous! Love the splashes of blue. Blowing with a straw is kind of fun isn't it? Love the added ribbon with the charm too. :-)

AMAZING Vicki. Love the colours of blue you've created and thanks for sharing the technique. My ink didn't travel so far when I tried it so perhaps I need to find some extra glossy paper! x
