It's time for the One Layer Christmas Card Challenge. This week's twist is bells.
I used STAMPlorations Holiday Sketches; Christmas Bells and Vignette; Christmas Block. I stamped and colored the bells, masked them off and stamped the snowflakes and embossed them. After I sponged on color, I used white pigment ink and dots to get the Bokeh effect.
