Joining in again!

CAS(E) this Sketch #106 came up with an unusual sketch that I wanted to see what I could come up with to play along.

Initially, I cut X's on my Silhouette and was going to use those.  However, when I saw the negative cut I thought stenciling could be fun.  Well lookie there - it was fun!  I also wanted to join in over at the Butterfly Challenge #22; butterfly and a brad.

I went on to join in over at Curtain Call - Soft Scarf.

I used the fun new stamp set from STAMPlorations, Bold Sentiments; hashtag authentic, and yes, I was completely inspired by Laura's card!

Another super fun day!

Thanks for stopping by~

Oh, I love the bold crosses combined with the delicate butterfly, Vicki!!!! Love the vibrant green with the grey. Great idea to have only one strategically placed brad!!!! Beautiful, Vicki!!!!!
The CC card is so much different from the CTS one, but equally beautiful!! Love the sewing and how you have applied the pink and blue on the top panel!!! Love your choice of dp to go with the stamping and sponging of the top panel!!!!! Lovely card, Vicki!!!

That is some awesome interpretations of the challenges. Love the bold X's on the first card and the second card is out of the box for you I think!

Isn't it funny how our initial plans can go all askew when we start thinking about other cool things we could do? Love the neon butterfly and the grunginess of that second card.
