Papertrey Make It Monday #179

I kind of like my blog being open on Tuesday.  I get time to play in some other blog challenges.  I watched the video by Laura Bassen [over at PTI's capture the moment blog], using stencils with resist embossing, and wanted to try it out.

Success! :)  I love this card!
I used PTI Think Big #20, along with Scarlett Red Craft Metal to make my mini poinsettia using Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia.
Because of the colors I used, this also qualifies for Catherine & Cathy's September Monthly Challenge; Primary Colors.

It's a good day!

Thanks for stopping by~

Your stencil background colors are beautifully done. I love the ombré effect. It's a perfect backdrop for your poinsettia. I love the sentiment on vellum, too.
