Blog Hop with a Difference

I was listed by Kimberley over at weinerhoneymooners to continue on with the Blog Hop with a Difference.  How fun to be asked by such a fabulous, supportive stamper!  I am just thrilled to be noticed by her!  Anyway, the object is to answer a few questions so fellow bloggers get to know a little bit about my creative side.

What project am I working on right now?
I just got done making a DT project for Dazzling Divas [next Wednesday].

How Long does it take to create a project?
This always depends on what Team or challenge I am creating for.  I'm going to say an average of 1.5 hours.  Some less, some more.  I really love the CAS style with all the lovely white, but there are times when I love being challenged by using lots of layers.

How does my creative process work?
Everything starts with a challenge for me, literally.  Challenges out in blogland or for the Teams I create for.  I like having a start, otherwise I get overwhelmed and can't focus.

How do I become inspired and stay inspired?
Again, I find a challenge, and then I go perusing blogland and Pinterest. Basically I look for a layout or sketch that I like.  Once I find that, I am good to go.  I have to "see" to create - I simply can not put a card together - I go blank.

What is my signature style?
I have to say CAS and CAS with layers.  I love my white card base :)

One random fact about me;
I have worked for Starbuck's for 15 years.  Besides that, all I do is stamp. :)  Oh yeah, I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and I ask myself all the time, what was I thinking - they require tons of attention and I am playing in my stamp room.  Good thing DH has time :)

So now, I am to pass these questions over to 3 stampers who inspire me:

My first choice is Nancy Leppek, from Scrapper @ Heart.  I "met" Nancy over at Gina K Designs when I was designing for GKD a few years ago.  While Nancy's work was fabulous back then [that is what first caught my eye naturally], her work is now over the top amazing!  Luckily for me, she accepted my invite to join in with Just Us Girls design team.  Since then, we have become "pals" and she is an awesome support and I consider her a friend even though we have never met in person.

For my 2nd choice I have to pick Deepti Malik, from Dee's Art Utopia. WOW - I am sure ALL of you have seen her absolutely stunning creations in one challenge or another.  She has also joined in with STAMPlorations Team - [so thrilled to have her on the team!]  I am so amazed how she took blogland by storm -- she enters a challenge, she wins that challenge!  The over the top amazing fact is she just joined into blogging about 9 months ago!  Her work makes my drop my jaw!

My 3rd choice is Shirley Bampton from Shirley-bee's stamping stuff.  What this girl does with paper and ink and water coloring!  OVER.THE.TOP. fabulous!  I only wish I could water color like she does - [I have tried I'll be honest.]  I look forward to getting her daily posts - I am always inspired by her cards!  Shirley is another one who enters a challenge, and wins the challenge.  Just validates my opinion of her work!

I was going to make a card for this, but if you made it this long, I will just say I appreciate all of you out here in blogland!  That is what my blog is for..YOU. I hope I have inspired some of you along the way.....  Thanks for reading.

Thanks for stopping by~
