Inspired By Stamping Plus

I'm starting with my IBS post first.  I am joining in with Retro Sketches 119 and Shopping Our Stash; use an old punch.

The Sketch screamed for using the gorgeous Spring Lilac Designer Paper that IBS carries. [Yes, I did use the scraps I had kept] I used a sentiment from Everyday Greetings.  I used the first ever punch I purchased from Martha Stewart to qualify for SOS.

I also was interested in the A Blog Named Hero's challenge; Bokeh.  I love the look and created it using the colors from Color Throw Down 297; Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, and Smoke Slate.

And, because I kept it a one layer card [ribbon and a few gems do not count as a layer-- just sayin], I am entering it into the One Layer Simplicity; Framed. I used the fun Hero Arts set, Feather Grass.

A great day playing in challenges!  I hope you get some crafty time~

Thanks for stopping by~

Oh, I'll have to cut my comments short or I'll end up commenting till the early morning hours tomorrow, hey!!!

But I so love all your cards I enjoy commenting on everything I see!!!!

The first card is a fantastic take on the sketch!!! The dp you have used are beautiful and I love the borderpunch. The black strip running slightly off the centre of the card works so nicely with the horizontal lines of the ribbon and the striped paper. This is a beauty!!!!

And for the second card ...well, that is breathtaking!! Brilliantly stamped and I LOVE the frame ... and another stunning bow!!!
