The little black stripe at the top is washi tape. I think I am joining the crowd of trying out Jennifer McGuire's techniques. That girl has some serious fresh ideas. On this card, I used embossing paste [Studio Wendy Vecchi] with a stencil [Dylusions Flower Medley] and then put gold sparkle embossing powder on it.
Before heat embossing it, you need to let the paste dry. It was waiting for me this am and worked perfect for this challenge.... I thought.
When I actually popped over to the Paper Players Blog, it said washi tape & CAS. Whoops I sort of missed that CAS part with my first card..........so, I made another one!
Aww, now that's better - all that lovely white! I used Inspired By Stamping; Paris and Tickets. My tower is a MFT die, Eiffel Tower. and yes, the edge panel is washi tape.
Hope you all have a fabulous Bunny Day!
Thanks for stopping by~

Wow, both of these are stunning! The first one is AMAZING, and I love the simple elements you used on your second one! Way to rock that washi, Vicki!
pretty nice blog, following :)
Both are great cards, but that first one blew me away!!!
Love both of these cards! I think the first one is still pretty CAS despite the patterned bottom half. It's lovely! :-)
I'm glad you did misread the PP challenge, otherwise we wouldn't have seen the first card...which is gorgeous (Jennifer certainly does inspire eh?) Love your CAS card with the ticket tucked behind the Eiffel Tower and the washi tape.
Hugs.
