A Few Challenges

Isn't it fun when you start a card, and then it sort of develops for challenges you wanted to play in!  That is what happened today~

This card started with a sketch I found on Pinterest -- from there I added and tweaked it to qualify for these challenges; Simon Says; paste.  [I really am having fun using embossing paste]  As I was applying the paste using my Heidi Swapp Butterfly Stencil, it picked up a subtle turquoise tint.  Well!  [That was a sign to continue on with the color] I also received MFT's Sketch Challenge, so, I cut out a circle from my panel and framed with an aqua color to meet that requirement and finally, I saw the Butterfly Challenge; use a butterfly, bow and button.

Yep, this card came together quite nicely, and I adore the subtle use of color.

Thanks for stopping by~

Your first into the fray with this pretty card using paste. I'm seeing this used in a lot of card making so must have a look and see what it is all about. Can't lag behind the times!Lol. I too love the subtle hue of the turquoise on the butterflies and it is carried on perfectly with the circle in the same colour.
A lovely entry for #2 .
Thank you for fluttering by again.
Hugs Mrs A. (Butterfly challenge.)
p.s. If you have used any snippets of card to make this then you also qualify to enter into

I like your subtle paste butterflies. They are sort of like real butterflies, if you don't keep an eye out, you miss them. Love the color you chose to go with all your white. Very nice.
