Seize the Sketch and Die Cut Crazy Magazine

I am reading throughout blogland that people are sad to being done with Christmas cards.  Not this girl 3 months of Christmas creating - I'm done.  On to replenishing my stash.

I loved the sketch from Seize the Sketch, it gave me a chance to use IBS Whimsical Banners.

I used a technique that Gina over at Stamp TV did today, Retiform.  Pretty cool background actually. I also used Inspired By Stamping's Spring Blossoms,Little Flowers, and Just Because Sentiments.  Just a few sets.  Oh, by the way, Joanna is looking for some Designers to join the Team!  Interested?  Check it out here.

For another challenge, I read on my friend Nancy's blog, Scrapper@heART, about a magazine sketch challenge.  The magazine, Die Cut Crazy Magazine, has a free Holiday issue download!  I liked the sketch, so I decided to play along!

I used a sentiment from IBS Small Fancy Labels 4, and one of my favorite dies from Simon Says, Circle Border.  I love it that you don't have to pop out all the circles.

That's it for me today!  I am off to Kelly Paper Company to get some more Neenah Solar White 110# paper.  I can't believe how fast I went through my last ream!  I am also getting more envelopes - Christmas cards wiped my stash completely out.  Wow~

Thanks for stopping by~

I just love both of these... Especially the artsyness of the first card! Last weeks have been crazy busy so I haven't been able to visit your blog as much as I would have wanted to... But luckily some free days are ahead now. Happy Holidays!
