SCS Color Challenge

I loved the colors for today's color challenge - River Rock (I used kraft), Gray and White.  Such pretty colors, but also can be masculine.  The first card is a sneak peek of Mark's Finest Papers; Big Cats.  [These will be available Tuesday, February 8th.]  I love this set - so masculine and really no coloring needed - though, you definitely can if you want.  Not so much with me -- [I have decided coloring is NOT my forte!]  I will be using other images from this set over the next few days.

I love acetate cards~ I just think they are so classy looking!  I used SU white pigment ink for the stamping on the acetate -- unfortunately, I didn't let it dry (ha! does it dry??) too impatient, so I smeared a couple of the flowers, but I still like the end result.  I also used another SU set for the sentiment -- Happy Harmony.  Ya know, sometimes I just need to use my other stamps~
I have decided that I really like the colored background so I am going to start doing more of that. On these 2 photos though I must say gray just makes the photos look dark ~ go figure.
Thanks for stopping by~

Two wonderful cards, Vicki. That tiger is gorgeous and the twine is the perfect touch. LOVE the acetate card!! Flowers on it are fabulous. Well done on both :)
