I used STAMPlorations Born to Roam stamp set.
Stamp image on tissue paper using a hybrid type of ink
Using a gloss medium, under and over image on the tag. Once you cover the image, the "tissue" will disappear.
I
re-sprayed some ink spray over the image, and after it dried, I cut out
the tag shape and added the additional embellishments, adhering it to a
black card stock base.
I love the way this turned out. I will be using this as my luggage tag. So much easier to recognize my black suitcase on the baggage carousel!

OH, this is inspiration to take out my sprays that has been lying in my drawer forever and never get used, Vicki!!! Will get me a bit out of my comfort zone!!!!
