I started with Less is More 154; one-layer heart. I punched a heart in vellum to use as a template, and sponged with distress inks. Once I stamped my sentiment [Studio G $1 stamp from Mike's], I sprinkled water for a textured look.
I so had to play in CAS(E) this Sketch 59. I was able to use the fun stamp set from STAMPlorations; Trendy Feathers. I do love the feather trend lately. Yep, these feathers were cut out with my Cameo - love my machine :). I used the colors from Pals Paper Arts 187; red, blue & white.
And lastly, My Favorite Things is running a new challenge; Color Palette. They had one of my favorite combos; pink, black & white. All my die cuts are MFT dies [I am so addicted to their dies!], and I used my [very late] Christmas present from Simon Says, You. This is a fun set that comes with the You die also. I layered the you 6 times - love that effect.
I am also entering this into one of the new challenges out here in blogland, Mod Squad Challenge. For their first challenge you need to pick 3 of Cat's favorite things; I chose ribbon, layers, and die cuts.
Thanks for stopping by~
