Just Us Girls #417 - Photo Inspiration Week

I love this week.  The photos that are chosen do inspire me [at times] and then, I am inspired to try and re create the photo.  Guess what I did today?

You got it!  I tried to re create the photo.  I loved that I was able to use my alcohol inks since I have been playing around with them the last couple of days!  The timing was perfect for this photo.  I kind of liked using the burlap too - makes for some fun texture.  My Happy and Thanksgiving is from Inspired By Stamping - Happy.

Okay, how does the photo inspire you? Come on over to the Just Us Girls Challenge and show us your stuff!  I can't wait to see the gallery this week!

Thanks for stopping by~

Great take on the photo. The painting was created with alcohol inks, so you were spot on to use them on your card. Perfect!

You succeeded where I failed, Vicki. I tried Brushos instead of alcohol inks but ended up with a hot mess. You on the other hand pulled off a fabulous recreation of the photo. I love the touch of burlap.
