STAMPlorations Inspiration #12

It's another STAMPlorations Inspiration day.

I white embossed the background using the birds from STAMPlorations Bee's Knees, Small Birds.  I covered everything with vellum [mutes the color a bit] then, cut out and paneled the center.  I stamped, cut out and sponged the focal bird. I used the new Tim Holtz distressed color, Abandoned Coral [love this color!]

All you need to do for this challenge, is pop on over to the STAMPlorations Blog, pick a Designer to CASE [hopefully me] and upload your card.  Be sure to tell us who you CASED.

Thanks for stopping by~

Love the background Vicki. Great design with using the different outline of the birds and then covering in vellum --- so cool! And your star attraction is amazing --- love the bright red, he just pops. I've just ordered this set and can't wait to get my hands on it! xx

Geez, I missed this guy along the way. That is one red bird (my mom has a friend who calls cardinals "red birds" so it's kind of a standing joke in our family :) Fabby.
