House of Cards - Color Challenge

It's the time again for the House of Cards Challenge.  We have a color challenge this month;

Well, I am sorta pushing the limits here considering this is suppose to be a CAS card, but,  I was so inspired by the photo that I am going with it.  [Hell, let the challenge police get me ;)] I had so much fun using water color paper, stamping with Distress Inks and spritzing for the blurry background effect. I then re-stamped the flowers and colored in with more water coloring. I used the perfect Hero Arts Delicate Blossoms [so close to the photo], along with a sentiment from Essential Messages.  Yep, I am really liking this card!

Are you inspired by the colors/ photo?  Well come on over to the House of Cards and play along!  We would love to see how you are inspired~

Thanks for stopping by~

It might not have much white space, but the design is perfectly simple and classic. I love the shading with the inks! Great card!

The background is gorgeous. The flowers are fantastic as they blend and contrast with the background. This is one fabulous card. Your techniques are flawless.
