One Card to 3

I have to say, my day started out sad -- for some reason [I really wish I knew why] I lost 14, 14 (!) email mail followers.  That is so depressing....

To help myself feel better, I made a card... :)

Definitely something I have never done before, wrapping twine.  Sure says masculine card to me, so I will send it to my son.  I am entering this into Paper Players; sketch, CAS on Sunday; use kraft and twine, and Crazy for CAS; inspiration photo [from Challenge 18].

Okay, I fell a little better now.  Why do you stop following a blog?  Really, it is something I would love to know.....

Thanks for stopping by~

I'd never stop following you on your blog! You make as many cards as I do, & I love seeing what you create next. You are a true inspiration! The ones you lost must be a glitch somewhere. Check it out.

Such a cute card - thanks for sharing. I'm curious. Did those people who unsubscribed just unsubscribe to email notifications that a new card was posted, or to your blog itself? I recently unsubscribed to several email notifications (only because I was overwhelmed with emails), but not to the wonderful talented blogs of the same people. I actually did wonder if someone thought I didn't like their work anymore because of that or perhaps didn't know that just by unsubscribing to email notifications that I was still a blog follower. It's all a little confusing to me. I wish you comfort, You're very talented!

Love the card! You have a ton of patience to wrap that much twine and have it look so nice! May I offer this suggestion- with bloglovin now on the scene one gets One email with a list of blogs with new posts vs. umpteen emails. I am in the process of doing this. I'm still a follower just prefer to get all of my updates at one time. I wish bloglovin would show your followers correctly in their counter but that only registers the ones who click on the link while in your blog. Does that make sense? I hope so. I enjoy your cards and stop by often. Hugs, Nan

What a great take on the sketch-(i can remember making pompoms that started like that many moons ago!)fabby card.
Awww,i'm sorry you lost some followers:( well, take heart i don't even HAVE 14 email followers to up and leave!)if that makes you feel any better.
I have never"unfollowed"anyone on their Blog(it would seem a bit rude tbh)but i did stop visiting a couple of my long time fav Blogs because they made the same cards day in ,day out-and i suppose i just got a bit bored-i knew before i viewed what i would see,There is no chance of that on your lovely blog i have to say,i have found lots of inspiration and fabby ideas here :)
Have a happy day,Nessa xx

Aw, I'm sorry you lost some email subscribers! I always get myself upset, too, when some folks up and leave. I was interested in reading the comments here to see what folks had to say. I lost two yesterday, and wondered the same thing.

I always enjoy the things you make and read every email update you put in my inbox. Don't worry, my friend. The ones who left will be replaced by others who appreciate your stuff as I do!

So sorry you are sad....sometimes people just "move on"...you'll get more to take their place, it's their loss! This is a lovely card...what a creative idea. That diecut peeking out from the back is so striking too! Awesome creation! Thanks for playing with the Players this week!

You are such a creative genius! Who knows why people stop following ....can't figure people out and Im sure it has nothing to do with your blog personally. Could be any one of a ton of reasons....and remember Blogger is crazy (-: can't complain cause its free...it could even be something on their end.
You give us way too much inspiration for anyone to leave because they aren't inspired .....don't believe thats why for even a second! Don't even try to figure it out ...life's too short to worry about it. You are loved by sooooo many!
Hugs GF

Swww, don't be sad about the email subscribers. I know a lot of people have been moving their feeds over to Bloglovin' recently. I do love your card and that cool wrapped twine circle is a fabulous touch. Adds so much pop and texture. Thanks so much for joining us this week at the Paper Players! :)
