Today is the final sneak peek of Stamp School's March Release. See this post here for all items being released March 1.
Here is my sample card using To The Future:
I love the font of this sentiment. My year is computer generated, and the added texture is from Sizzix embossing folders.
As stated, all releases for March will be available over at the Stamp School store, A Walk Down Memory Lane , March 1. Amazing amounts of products, over 20,000!! Pop on over and shop for awhile!

SP & Company Wednesday Teaser
I made my background from self made washi tape! This stuff is so fun to make and use on cards. I will make my next fancy post a tutorial on how to make this fun item. I used Bold Houndstooth for the tape -- clover and sentiment are from Lucky Mini stamp set.

Well, this worked perfect! The SCS Color Challenge is Limeade, Garden Green (I used Jelly Bean Green) and River Rock for the colors. I was able to use all the SS release colors on this fun card using the To The Future stamp school set.
I love the CASness of this card -- perfect for one of the guy friends of my son! :)

Another CAS card, that will certainly work for another boy! I am loving this set!
Tomorrow I will have a couple more samples showcasing The Graduates. Meanwhile, pop on over and check out the fellow teamies:

Outlaws PAM & JUGS125 - 3D
I have some exciting NEWS! I am now on the Outlawz Paper ala Mode Challenge Team! The Outlawz have their own Ning site, and it is loaded with fun, daily challenges but the best part? PRIZES!! [Ha - I love winning prizes!]
Meanwhile, the challenge for this Saturday is Flower Power chosen by my stamping friend (and fellow DT now!) Karen Knegten! Yes, you have all week to create your project. There is a challenge every Saturday~
If not already, you will need to become a member of The Outlawz to play in the challenges. [It's a piece of cake] I hope you do, and you can play in today's challenge! Flower Power.
I used Gina K Designs Stately Flowers 3. I have to say, these flowers are really fun to color~ and really worked out perfect for this challenge sample card~.
Hi there! Also for today is the challenge over at Just Us Girls 125 - 3D, with ribbon, buttons and flowers. I wanted to make a set of cards (my sister is coming to visit and I wanted a small HI gift) and found this fabulous Cris cross card holder to make. I used ribbon lace around the band and I have flowers on it too. My cards have the buttons. Whew - I'm covered.
I used Gina K Designs True Love STV Kit and All Occasions Tags. My scroll is a Cheery Lynn Designs die; Fanciful Flourish.
I hope you join in at the Just Us Girls Challenge with your 3D project using ribbon, buttons and flowers.

I Spy Sketches #4
I have to laugh, these sketch challenges are really a challenge! I made my card, and then I looked at the other Design Team Members. Oh my I'm feeling intimidated -- wow those girls can seriously put together cards! I see where I should of added another border, but, I didn't. Eventually, I will get to the point where I will stop comparing my cards to others.............. HA! I guess we can't get better if we don't compare. [I'll stick to that for the time being~ :)]
I used the gorgeous paper [in-house made!] from Gina K Designs, and the stamp set Whimsical Spring.
Come on over to the I Spy Sketches blog and check out the other DT's, along with the original artist and sketch we used for this week.

Stamp TV Challenges
It is nice to have an open day this week, it gave me time to play in a couple of the Stamp TV challenges! Gosh it has been months since I played in those challenges!
First up is the Monday Challenge; Distressing on your card, with a tag
I went basic with the distressing -- just used my Tim Holtz distresser on the edges.
This is another card for my husband - I still can't believe he will be 65. Where have the years gone.... so fast!] The HB is from GKD Pleasant Plurals, and my numbers are from Papertrey By the Numbers dies.
The second challenge is one of my favorite STV challenges; Cat's CASE the DT. This week is Jimmi Mayo. I chose this card of Jimmi's
I basically chose this for the paper usage. Gina K Designs now has in-house made designer paper. The selection is very good, with more coming every month!
I love the way this paper mixes so well, Really does take the challenge out of figuring it out. That is something that I struggle with. I used the beautiful GKD stamps from Enjoy the Sunshine.
That's it for my Thursday spot. Thanks for stopping by~

SP & Company Teasers
Oh I am having so much fun with my new cutter and svg files! I cut the clover shape (svg) in my top panel, cut a smaller one in green cardstock, and then stamped the clover on designer paper and cut it out (with scissors). I cut the sentiment [with svg], and than stamped the word. Such an easy card, and I like the end result! I used SP & Company Lucky Mini stamp set.

SCS Color Challenge
Joanne over at SCS chose dark pink, light pink and gray with a dessert of buttons. I left off the dessert. I used the beautiful in-house paper from Gina K Designs again. I really do love the colors and patterns Gina has created with this fun paper. I colored my Hero Arts & Sizzix Stamp and Diecut set, Antique Flowers and Butterflies. (I love those matching dies!)

Saturday Playing
I played in the Inspiration Challenge over at SCS. When I saw this patch of wood squares, I instantly thought of the new in-house made designer papers from Gina K Designs! I adore the layering/ graphic feel of making backgrounds from scraps. [ I love using ALL my paper too :).] Doesn't it just scream a masculine card? I used my Spellbinders Timeless Heritage dies for my favorite challenge Less is More. The challenge today was to use punches or dies, while still keeping your card CAS. By using a white card base, I think I managed to do just that.

Just Us Girls #124 - Color
This week over at JUGS, Dana has chosen a color challenge of teal, green, pink and yellow. Nice and bright - I love this!
I used the Jen Del Muro Sketch For You To Try for February. [2 months down, 10 months to go]. Fun sketch. My colors kind of photographed dark, but I do have teal, pink, green and yellow on this card. :) I used a couple of GKD sets - Vintage Chic and True Love for my focal image and sentiment.
I hope these colors inspired you and you come on over to Just Us Girls and play in the challenge. See you there!

For Your Inspiration #24
Steph does it again -- beautiful inspiration photo! Love all this gorgeous green!
Ha! Worked rather fun with my digi images from Kenny K. our sponsor this month! Aren't these guys cute! Look at those faces! Adorable. I used PTI Dot Spot for my background and the bubbles are a stamp from 1996! (get out!) I used a sentiment from Gina K Designs, Vintage Chic. Thought that was very appropriate :).
Are you inspired by this photo? Well come on over to For Your Inspiration and play!! You could possibly win some Kenny K's digis!!

Ribbon Carousel Challenge
The Ribbon Carousel challenge came across my email today and I totally loved the sketch! Into my stamp room I went, and created this fun little card. My Little Girl image is from The Cat's Pajamas, Wet Puddle. I don't do cutsie cards often, but today she worked in the sketch, and we actually had rain today in Arizona, so she is appropriate.
Just a fun little card.
