Stamp School 6 Month Review - Day 2/ I Spy

Today for the 6 month review, I am showcasing the fabulous Stamp School Felt;

Soft to the touch yet sturdy, Stamp School felt is medium-weight 100% merino wool, imported from Holland. Be forewarned, once you craft with it you'll have a hard time ever going back to
a blend or acrylic. Approximately 14 oz. per linear yard (36x72 inches) and 1mm thick, almost 1/16 inch. Our felt is not flammable,and safe for babies and children. The name  of the felt colors are the same as the cardstock and ink colors. Makes for easy ordering, and color matching!

To show you how intricate this felt can cut, I used my Fancy Flourish die [from Cherry Lynn], and I used the My Favorite Things Rolled Scallop Flower [this is carried in the Stamp Store too!].  Felt colors are; Blue Raspberry, Red Hot and Limeade, the flourish is Jawbreaker.

I can honestly say, this felt cuts like butter (look at those clean edges!) and the colors are as gorgeous as the Pop Tone Cardstock and Pop Tone ink!

Today is also the I Spy Sketches. Julie Mogford was spied this week with this sketch;

I am again using the felt from Stamp School, just to show another way you can use felt.

 I used the stunning Jawbreaker, Grape Jelly and Grapesicle felt on this card.
 The sentiment is from The Men in My Life.

Come on over and play in the I Spy Sketches challenge this week!

Thanks for stopping by~

these are great! haven't worked with felt in years and it was a nightmare...going to check it out since you let us know it cuts with punches so easy (double enabler!!)

Beautiful cards again today Vicki! I love our felt too...so soft and yet cuts on any diecut machine so fantastic!

Payne, just a heads up...the felt works best with diecuts like Memory Box, My Favorite Things, Sizzix, etc. I don't think it is sturdy enough for a punch. :(

Way to rock the felt, Vicki :) Yoru rolled flowers are great and fun touch by using it for the strips of the sketch.
