Gina K Designs August Blog Hop Day 2

[For Stampin B card click here ]
Aren't these 2 just cute!

This is Basket Buddies, illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger. I adore this set. I love sending friends pet sympathy cards. For me, dogs and cats can be family and are important! Of course, there is always the fun cards from this set too.
A fun little tag bookmark.  This is also for the SCS DTGD challenges.

I did the Tim Holtz technique of distressed ink background for my sample of Heartfelt, illustrated by Theresa Momber .  For this background, you spread distressed inks on a craft sheet [keep separate colors close and try not to overlap as you swipe]
 Spritz with water
Rub your paper in it for coverage, and dry with a heat gun.  Stamp and attach to your card.
It is an interesting technique since you don't know what you will end up with.  I stamped the images in black and my sample was done!  Quick, easy and fun!!
This is the sample I used at the Release Party.  As you can tell, the images are really fun to color!
That's it for me!  Below are the other DT's participating... have fun hoping!
Thanks for stopping by~
