Stamp TV - Mix It Up Monday - Sewing

Today, Sharon is challenging us to use sewing on our card.  Well ladies, you know, I can not stitch a straight line (as much as I want to) with a sewing machine - however, hand stitching is another matter!  This is even free hand stitched - no ruler in this shape! :)  I really like to hand stitch - it is so relaxing.  I used the newly released GKD stamp set Dreams, illustrated by Tami Mayberry.  My color inspiration came from one of my pins from Pin It:
I was going to add texture on my card, but I forgot.(slap forehead here) Anyway, here is a close up of the cracked glass technique I did.
Wanna play?  Pop on over the Stamp TV and join in the challenge.  You might be the random winner of any GKD stamp set up to $24.95.
The GKD Blog Hop will start up again tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by ~

Hi Vicki - I like your card very much. The colors and design are beautiful and I like the cracked glass effect. Your handstitching adds sooooo much to the card, in fact you do a better job by hand than many can do on a machine. Love the whole thing. Enjoy your week. Hugs, Sharon :o)
